Lamb Engineering started in 1988 in my father's small garage.
I did not intend on making a business, all I wanted to do was build a model Steam Engine.
I have not built the engine but after 27 years of making items from washers to propellers I can honestly say that I enjoy my job more then I started out.

We are still a small company employing 6 staff and cover a wide range of skills and machinery.
3  3 axis mills
2  full CNC lathes
4  Centre lathes
3  Prototrack milling machines
1  27 inch surface grinder.
Tig / Mig welding
Full sheet metal faculties including English wheel.

We  are basically a bunch of old Gits with 180 years between us.
We mainly concentrate on subcontract machine and occasionally a bike build for customers although we only like to build 1 - 2 bikes per year.
